We offer a discount for Veterans and active Military personnel with valid documentation.

May 15th through June 15th Lodging Rates:
$235.00 a day/double occupancy
add $35.00 for each additional person over 2
*CABIN #1 – $285.

June 16th through July 14th Lodging Rates:
$275.00 a day/double occupancy
add $35.00 for each additional person over 2
*CABIN #1 – $325.

July 15 Through Aug 15 Lodging Rates:
$425.00 a day. 4 persons MAX occupancy.
*CABIN #1 – $475
*4-person occupancy MAX during these dates due to Property capacity and number of ANGLERS on the river.
*Must get approval for more than 4 persons in cabins.

September 21 – May 14 Lodging Rates:
$189.00 a day/double occupancy,
add $35.00 for each additional person over 2
*MAX occupancy is 4 persons.
*Available Cabins during the OFF season; Cabin # 5 and Cabin # 6
*3-day minimum.
*7 days or more. Discounts available.

Please note:

• Cabins can accommodate 4 to 6 adults
• 4 persons MAX per cabin during peak season; July 15 – August 15
• All cabins are non-smoking
• All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and full payment 60 days before arrival.
• There is a 100% refund for cancellations made sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Canceling reservation 31-59 days before reservation – full refund less 50% deposit and $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancelling reservation 1-30 days before reservation – no refund.
• Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require Payment in Full.
• Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
